The honest answers

Will it work with my reps' headsets?
Yes. The coach reads audio off your dialer (RingCentral, Convoso, etc.) — not the rep's headphones. Whatever headset they use today keeps working.
What if a rep ignores the suggestion?
That's fine. The card stays on screen 30 seconds then fades. We track adoption per rep — the post-call review tells the manager who's using it and who isn't. Adoption usually hits 60–80% in the first week.
Does it work for Spanish-speaking calls?
Not yet — English only in v1. We hard-gate Spanish calls (coach pauses, doesn't generate). Spanish corpus build is planned for Q3.
What about TCPA AI-disclosure rules?
We don't auto-speak; the rep reads. So the AI-disclosure obligation hinges on the dialer, not on us. We also surface a one-line consent prompt the rep can read in the first 10s on inbound calls from states that require it.
How do you avoid teaching reps anti-patterns?
Every LLM output passes a 13-pattern compliance regex BEFORE the rep sees it. Forbidden phrases (“you're pre-approved,” APR claims, fake urgency) are suppressed and logged for review.
What if we exceed the daily cap?
Hard stop. The coach stops suggesting until 00:00 UTC. Reps work normally — without the coach — for the rest of the day. Manager gets an alert. Cap can be raised in the owner cockpit anytime.
Where does my call audio go?
Streaming STT runs on Deepgram (US-region, SOC 2). Suggestions are generated by Anthropic Haiku / Sonnet / Opus. Transcripts are stored in your Supabase project with row-level security tied to your org. DPA required to enable PII-handling add-ons.
Can I cancel after 30 days?
Yes. Pilot is month-to-month. If the lift is real, we continue. If not, we shake hands and you owe nothing — that's the deal.
